Dwayne Bravo wants to act with Deepika Padukone, he likes Jacqueline Fernandez too!

West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo is undoubtedly one of the greatest entertainers on the cricket field.

From entertaining the spectators with his blistering knocks with the bat, to stepping up the tempo by shaking a leg in the middle of the match, Bravo can do it all.

Bravo’s Champion song was a huge hit earlier this year as he was seen performing on it with several cricketers in different tournaments.

These days, Bravo is participating in a celebrity dance show ‘Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 9’ and can seen happily enjoying his involvement with the Indian showbiz.

In a recent interview, he has exclaimed his love for the Indian actresses. To pick a couple, he expressed his desire to work with Indian actress Deepika Padukone. He also added that it would be great to star in a Karan Johar movie.

“I am open to the idea of acting in a Karan Johar film opposite Deepika Padukone,” quoted Bravo. The other name that he mentioned was of Jacqueline Fernandez.

Speaking about her, he expressed that he met her on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and liked her too. Bravo said,“I admire all the Bollywood heroines and happy to be associated with any talent. I met Jacqueline Fernandez on the set (of ‘Jhalak…’) and I quite liked her.”

Keeping the entertainment factor aside, the cricketer believes that one of the common factors between cricket and entertainment is the preparation and hard work.

“Like in cricket, we have to practice our game and be prepared, in acting or dance also, one has to put a lot of effort to look glamorous and perform on screen,” said the multi-talented Bravo, who has also sung a peppy number for upcoming Hindi film ‘Tum Bin 2’.

DJ Bravo went on to add that there is definitely more to life after cricket and entertainment industry is the perfect alternative. “Yes, there is a life after cricket, and why not entertainment? It would be great fun!” said Bravo.

“It was my second song with Ankit Tiwari. We performed the ‘Champions’ song together at the Indian Premier League opening ceremony and over time, we have become friends. I am meeting so many like-minded people here in the entertainment industry and it feels good to be a part of it,” added the Champion all-rounder.
