Earlier, Zaheer was leading the Delhi Daredevils franchise in the IPL 2017, which bowed out of the tournament after failing to make a place in the top 4 and qualify for the playoffs. Though, Sagarika marked her presence in the Daredevils dugout during the league stage matches.
