You’ll be surprised to know the bowling speed of Arjun Tendulkar

If you are a celebrity child then you are bound to draw a comparison with your famous parent. It’s the same with young Arjun Tendulkar. The son of the batting maestro, Sachin Tendulkar, has already caught the media attention and his every outing in the greens is compared to his legendary dad.

Arjun was seen taking tips from Pakistani swing legend Wasim Akram during the Indian Premier League (IPL) and it seems like he has been using those against England players in the net session. He almost ended Jonny Bairstow’s chances of playing the first Test match against South Africa when he crushed the English batsman’s toe by bowling a deadly yorker.

Well, looks like Arjun has got the talent to make it big in the game. The budding cricketer was constantly hitting speeds of over 135 km per hour when he was bowling to Indian Women’s cricket team in the nets leaving the players pleasantly surprised.

The southpaw was at the Lord’s when England women cricketer Danielle Wyatt through her Twitter account shared a picture with him.

“Nice to see my little mate today at Lords! #hesgettingtoofast #bouncersgalore #miniSachin”, Danielle wrote in her post.
