Danielle Wyatt’s tweet after Virat Kohli’s majestic ton goes viral; Twitterati comes up with hilarious responses

Indian skipper Virat Kohli braved the Cape Town heat to score a superb unbeaten century as he guided India to 303/6 against South Africa in the third ODI of the six-match series in Kingsmead on Wednesday.

Kohli, who struck 160 off 159 with 12 fours and two sixes, recorded his 34th ODI century.

The cricket fraternity went gaga over his knock, and England’s women cricketer Danielle Wyatt, an ‘old friend of Kohli’ just could not believe it.

The history between Virat Kohli and Danielle Wyatt is known to all cricket fans. Much like every other Kohli fan, even Wyatt admires Kohli’s batting. Back in the year 2014, she was stunned to see Kohli’s majestic game in one of the knockout matches of the ICC World T20 against South Africa which India won. Soon after that match, she even proposed the Indian cricketer on the micro blogging site Twitter.

Obviously, it was on the lighter note and was more of a fan girl moment. A season later, when team India toured England, a picture of Kohli and Wyatt went viral too.
