Born on 22nd April 1991, Danielle Nicole Wyatt is a right-handed middle order batswoman who made her debut for the England Women’s Team against India in Mumbai on March 1, 2010.

Danielle Wyatt came into the news for her personal life rather than her performance on the field when she proposed to current Indian captain Virat Kohli on Twitter asking him if he would marry her.

She also uploaded a picture with Kohli on social media during India’s tour match against Derbyshire, which grabbed her many Indian fans.

Although she had later dismissed her desire to marry Kohli as a joke. And after the brilliant performance of Kohli in India vs Australia World T20 2016 match that paved India’s way to the semi-finals, Wyatt once again took to Twitter to congratulate the star batsman. However this time Wyatt praised the batsman by calling him ‘special’.

1.) Wyatt plays for Staffordshire Ladies and Meir Heath Women in the Northern Premier League having moved from Gunnersbury at the end of the 2012 season. She also plays men’s club cricket for her local club Whitmore.

2.) In 2010, she was awarded an MCC Young Cricketers contract which enables her cricketing development via training at the MCC on a daily basis.
