In the 6th match of the IPL 2018, between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Delhi Daredevils (DD) at Sawai Mansingh stadium in Jaipur, DD’s Trent Boult produced a ripper to send back RR all-rounder Ben Stokes packing in the fifth over.
Boult pitched the ball on a good length, outside off-stump and got the ball to move slightly, just enough to kiss Stokes’ outside edge. Stokes, who was looking to guide it towards leg-side, was squared up and beaten by the pace (142 kph) as his edge flew to Daredevils wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, who completed the catch.
